Academic AppointmentsXueguang Zhou is the Kwoh-Ting Li Professor in Economic Development, a professor of sociology and an FSI senior fellow. He is a member of the advisory council for many institutions including the Institute of East Asian Studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Social Science Division of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Institute of Sociology at Academia Sinica.

Research Field

Professor Zhou's research interests include institutional changes in contemporary Chinese society, Chinese organizations and management, social inequality, and state-society relationships.
