Luohan Academy's Top Ten Questions on the Digital Economy

Micheal Spence, Luohan Academy Committee member, and Nobel Laureate in Economics announced Luohan Academy's Top Ten Questions on Digital Economy. Spence believes that digital technology has fundamentally changed our economy and society, and we are not adequately prepared to deal with those changes in many different dimensions. Technology develops rapidly, and it is thereby urgent to harness collective knowledge and capabilities for better research, for policy ideas and recommendations, and the corresponding adoption to new paradigms brought on by the changing digital technology.
