Sun believes that "in the big data era, data itself has particularly manifested increasing importance in business decision-making. Platforms, in some sense, are part of the infrastructure. Its unique position is instrumental in accumulating reams of information, enabling all kinds of participants to obtain an unprecedented amount of information. Data is proven to be a primer for policy-making and instruction for business strategy, notably from the practice of Alibaba recently launched marketplace business advisory tool."
